She is starting a Rebelation!

My friend Jann Taber will provide you with so much great information and entertain you as well.

Jann Taber is the President of Rebel Public Relations, LLC and has more than 25 years of experience working for and with the news media and has generated millions of dollars worth of free publicity for clients and employers.

She served as the news manager for Pacific Gas and Electric Company (Fortune 100) where she created and coordinated the company’s “Good News Bureau” and was a company spokesperson. She provided strategic communications advice that helped the company through the energy crisis, as well as a hostile takeover attempt by a government-owned utility.

She also served as former-Governor Pete Wilson’s appointed head of communications for the California Health and Welfare Agency, where she directed PR for the largest state agency in the nation, with its 42,000 employees and $46-plus billion budget.

Jann started her career as a radio reporter and anchor and has a thorough understanding of TV news, having worked for several television news departments. She earned a Master of Arts degree in corporate and political public relations and a Bachelor of Arts degree in information and communication studies – with an emphasis in broadcast journalism – from California State University, Chico.

Jann is the visionary of the Sacramento AWRT Good News Awards, which recognize news coverage that furthers the triumph of the human spirit and provides over $35,000 a year to charitable organizations and student scholarships. She is a founder of the Small Business Development Center’s Women in Business Seminar series. She is frequently asked to share her PR expertise on professional panels and roundtables.

Jann is the author of the motivational/inspirational book, Moving Providence: A Formula for Creating an Extraordinary Life.
